CPU and Crystal added (U15, X2)

I don't like to soldring SMT Caps, ICs.

Tonight is the day that I had to install the SMT ICs (Atmel AT90USB162 AVR MCV).

I hope it will be done well.

It looks good for me.

Next step is to install the 16MHz Crystal X2.
